ClearStock AI is designed to help merchants analyze inventory performance, identify dead stock and slow-moving products, and generate data-driven recommendations to improve cash flow and reduce unsold inventory. The App provides insights, discount suggestions, flash sale tools, and optional AI-powered recommendations to assist merchants in making better inventory decisions.

The App processes store data securely and only uses the minimum necessary information required to deliver its functionality. No actions such as discount creation or campaign execution are performed automatically without the merchant’s approval.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we may access the following from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information
  • Store name
  • Store URL
  • Shopify domain
  • Product data
  • Inventory data
  • Recent order and sales data
  • Discount and collection data created through the App
  • Theme and metafield data required for app block functionality

We do not collect payment information or any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to operate the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used to:

• Analyze product inventory and sales performance.
• Identify dead stock and slow-moving products.
• Display inventory health, blocked revenue, and potential recovery insights inside the app dashboard.
• Create automatic discounts when approved by the merchant.
• Create flash sale collections when approved by the merchant.
• Store add-on product mappings using Shopify metafields for storefront display.
• Generate rule-based and AI-powered recommendations for inventory liquidation, available based on the merchant’s selected plan.
• Display flash sale and frequently bought together blocks on the storefront using Shopify theme app extensions.

Additionally, it may be used for:

• Troubleshooting and app improvement
• Compliance with legal requirements

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or store information. We may disclose your information:
