WTS Intelligence Hub is designed to help merchants understand store performance by connecting inventory, product, review, liked product, survey, insight, report, and suggested action data in one place. The App helps merchants analyze product health, identify inventory risks, track customer feedback, understand product sentiment, review survey responses, and discover actionable opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience. The App provides inventory intelligence, review and like tracking, survey campaign tools, product insights, performance reports, suggested actions, and optional AI-powered recommendations to assist merchants in making better product, inventory, marketing, and customer feedback decisions.

The App processes store and customer feedback data securely and only uses the minimum information required to provide its features. This may include product, inventory, order, review, liked product, survey, response, and settings data needed to generate insights, reports, and suggested actions. No major store actions such as discount creation, flash sale setup, add-on mapping, campaign activation, review moderation, or survey workflow changes are performed automatically without the merchant’s approval.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we may access the following information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information
  • Store name
  • Store URL
  • Shopify domain
  • Product and collection data
  • Inventory data
  • Recent order and sales data
  • Discount, flash sale, and add-on data created or managed through the App
  • Theme, app block, metafield, and metaobject data required for storefront functionality
• Customer Feedback Data
  • Product reviews submitted through the App
  • Liked product activity
  • Survey responses
  • Survey ratings, comments, answers, and sentiment signals
  • Customer name and email when required for reviews, surveys, notifications, or compliance requests
• App Configuration Data
  • Inventory settings and alert preferences
  • Review display settings
  • Survey campaigns, email templates, customer forms, and sender settings
  • Generated reports, insights, and suggested actions

We do not collect payment card information. We only collect personally identifiable information when it is necessary to operate App features, such as reviews, survey responses, email notifications, support requests, or Shopify privacy compliance requests.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used to:

• Analyze product, inventory, sales, review, liked product, and survey performance.
• Identify inventory risks, dead stock, slow-moving products, low-stock opportunities, and product issues.
• Display dashboard metrics such as product health, revenue at risk, opportunities, customer trust score, and suggested actions.
• Create discounts, flash sales, and add-on product mappings when approved by the merchant.
• Store add-on product mappings and storefront display data using Shopify metafields or related Shopify resources where required.
• Collect and manage product reviews, liked product activity, and customer feedback submitted through the App.
• Create and manage survey campaigns, survey email templates, customer forms, survey responses, and email activity logs.
• Generate product insights, survey analytics, reports, and rule-based or AI-powered recommendations based on the merchant’s selected plan.
• Display review, like, survey, flash sale, and frequently bought together blocks on the storefront using Shopify theme app extensions.

Additionally, information may be used for:

• Troubleshooting, support, and app improvement.
• Monitoring app performance and resolving technical issues.
• Enforcing plan limits and feature access.
• Compliance with Shopify requirements and applicable legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or store information. We may disclose your information:

• To Shopify as per platform policies
• To service providers under strict confidentiality
• If required by law, subpoena, or government request

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as the App is installed. Upon uninstallation, we delete all store-related data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.
